Happyfortune has considered this issue and the problem is that everyone has a different "layout" in their spreadsheets; different column orders, column formatting, headings, etc.. etc.. This makes it impossible to have an import routine that suits all needs. Obviously a lot of time has been invested gathering the shoe data so maybe Happyfortune can do the importing. To make it as inexpensive as possible a special program would be written to automate the majority of the import but some manual processing would still be required by Happyfortune.
